 Dr. WhiteDr. White has spent most of her life in Wisconsin. She grew up in Green Bay and received her Bachelor of Art in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992. It wasn’t until she took a part time job in a dental office that she fell in love with dentistry. It was the combination of caring for families and the artistry in dentistry that lead her back to school. In 2001 she received her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She moved back home to Wisconsin in 2003 and currently lives in Evansville with her husband. Dr. White is committed to providing the highest quality dentistry while keeping her patients comfortable. She has a gift for helping patients overcome their fear of dentistry and takes great pride in providing a comfortable experience for everyone from small children to seniors. “Our patients are like family here, and we provide the kind care we would want for ourselves, family and friends “. When not in the office, Dr. White enjoys gardening, creating jewelry, taking part in community events, traveling and the arts. She and her husband are avid Badger and hockey fans. She is an active member of the Dane County Dental Society, Wisconsin Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Seattle Study Club and DOCS. |
 April- Office managerApril is originally from the La Crosse area and moved to Delavan in 2004. She started her dental career in 2002 in Patient services and quickly moved on to a management position with a large dental company in southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Her path leads her here to Evansville where she looks forward to serving our patients and will help provide the best possible dental experience. Her positive and helpful attitude will be the standard by which we treat all of our patients. She enjoys spending her free time doing family activities with her husband of 13 years and her two children. |
 Samantha- Dental AssistantSamantha grew up in Delavan and has been a dental assistant since 1999. She has enjoyed every minute of it. What she is enjoys most about assisting is helping to care for others as well as being able to watch families grow. Sam has two boys that keep her very busy, but being a mom is her greatest love. She looks forward to serving the Evansville community for many years to come. |
 Krissa-Dental AssistantKrissa was born and raised in Beloit WI. She has been a dental assistant since 2002. She enjoys Brewers Baseball and UW WI Badger sports. She is one of four children and now has her own son who she loves spending time with. Krissa looks forward to serving the Evansville and surrounding communities here at Maple Grove Family Dental. |
 Kelly- HygienistKelly has been practicing dental hygiene since 2003, but became involved in dentistry early helping her father at his dental practice in Prairie du Sac. Kelly and Dr. White started working together in 2004 at another office. When Dr. White opened Maple Grove Family Dental, they were both very excited to work together again. She is an AVID sports fan, particularly Badger football and basketball. She and her husband were very excited to welcome their first child summer of 2011. |
